OUR SERVICE

PROCESS 01   FABRICS

Normally we will buy from some large fabrics factories that have  high end quality ensure, even if with high costs.

PROCESS 02   CAD TEAM

We’ve our own cad team, who’re responsible to coordinate with our clients to transfer the artwork
Into the formats workable for the printing machines. In the meanwhile we’re respecting our clients’ original designs that definitely prevent them leakage.

PROCESS 03   PRINTING WAYS

When come to the printing, there’re more different printing ways, such as digital printing, screen printing, hand-painting, etc.

DIGITAL PRINTED TECH

SCREEN PRINTED TECH

Mr. Wu, Mr. Li, Mr. Pan and Mr. Hu are in charge of following these printing process and responsible to check the colors, permeation and handle feel quality, etc. In the meanwhile all printed fabrics will be checked again when come back.

HAND-PAINTING TECH

This printing way is belong to LONGLAND, more than 10 people, who’re professional and responsible for this unique technique. Mr. Hu is the production manager that responsible for the whole printing quality control.

PROCESS 04   CUTTING  & SEWING

Dan Wang and Juan Wang are cutting the printed fabrics with actual scarf size. Our stuffs are rolling the edges and sewing the main labels and care labels on the scarves. Mr. Miu is responsible for the quality control.

Packaging & Shipping

PROCESS 05   IRONING & PACKING

Our staffs are ironing the scarves and let them flat               Packing into polybag and cartons

PROCESS 06 EXPORT AND SHIPPING

Since we have our own export right, which can guarantee the goods will export smoothly through the china customs.

Also we have our own perfect Logistic system that guarantee the goods will arrive in your local warehouse fastly and safe.

1. Are you a scarf factory?

LONGLAND: yes, as leading scarf factory, LONGLAND have professional design, sales, merchandiser and production team, more and more global clients prefer to work with us.

2. Do you accept OEM/ODM?

LONGLAND: Yes, LONGLAND have more than ten years of OEM/ODM experience, your own prints and patterns are welcome to place in LONGLAND.

Two usual ways:

a) LONGLAND have a super big showroom that exhibit thousands of new on-trend styles for you to choose.

b) You could send your own prints or patterns to LONGLAND, who will help you customize the new samples to approve before production.

3.How do I place my orders?

LONGLAND: Please feel free to send your demands to LONGLAND by email or leave a message on LONGLAND official website.

4. Can I put my own label and logo on the products? ( Including all trims, such as woven label, care label, hangtags, hook, polybag, etc.)

Of course and below two usual ways:

a) Sending your label design to us and LONGLAND will customize for you. 

b) Sending your finished labels to us and LONGLAND sew them on the products (free of charge). 

5. Do you give free samples for quality affirm?

LONGLAND: Yes, samples are free, but freight fee have to bear by clients.

6. When can I get the new samples by my designs?

Normally new samples will delivery to your office within 15 days.

7. When can I receive my order?

In general, production only take about 35 days and extra 5 days if by the air or extra 30 days if by the sea.

8. How is your products quality?

LONGLAND: From design, sampling to the production, LONGLAND focus on each scarf quality, from fabrics, printing, cuting to the packing, during each production process, LONGLAND have specific person to be in charge of.  As LONGLAND slogan say: each scarf has its story, which talk about how LONGLAND take each scarf seriously.
